Cancellation & Refund Policy

QADEER SALEEM KHAN believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
  • We do not accept cancellations for perishable items such as flowers or eatables. However, refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered was not satisfactory.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained only after verification by the merchant. This must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet expectations, it must be brought to our attention within 2 days. The Customer Service Team will assess and respond appropriately.
  • For items that carry a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly in case of any issues.
  • In case of any refunds approved by QADEER SALEEM KHAN, it will take 9–15 business days for the refund to be processed to the customer’s account.
  • IMPORTANT: We do not have any return policy if the item has already been shipped and shared (e.g. digital PDFs/Online Courses). Once the product is delivered or emailed/downloaded, it is considered final and non-returnable.
