    اس طریقے سے ہم ایکسل شیٹ پر کی تمام معلومات ورڈ میں تیار کردہ پروگریس کارڈ پر لے جا سکتے ہیں۔ہمیں صرف ایکسل فائل کو ورڈ کی فائل میں مرج کرنا ہے اور ایک بچے کی معلومات کو ایک کارڈ یعنی پہلے کارڈ پر لیبل کرنا ہے ۔۔میل مرج کے ایڈٹ انڈی ویزول ڈاکیومنٹ آپشن کو دبانے سے باقی بچوں کے پروگریس کارڈ لی ورڈ فائلس خود بخود تیارہوجائے گی۔ان ورڈ فائلس کو پی ڈی ایف فائل میں کنورٹ کرنا ہے۔۔اور اسے استعمال کرنا ہے۔۔۔
    اس میں پروگریس کارڈ کے اندرونی صفحے کو ہی لیا گیا ہے۔ایسا کوڈ 19 کے اس دور میں گھربیٹھے بچوں کی آن لائن تعلیم تشکیلی قدر پیمائی کے رپورٹ کارڈ کو مختصرا کرنے کے مقصد سے کیا گیا ہے۔آپ رزلٹ کارڈ تمام طلبہ کے ایک ساتھ بنا سکتے ہیں مگر جماعت وار بنائیں تو زیادہ بہتر ہوگا۔۔اس سے پروگریس کارڈ کے نیچے کلاس ٹیچر کے دستخط کی تصویر کو صحیح طور سے انسرٹ کیا جا سکتا ہے۔یہاں صرف دوسری میقات کے لیے پروگریس کارڈ کا اندرونی صفحہ دیا گیا ہے۔

    سب سے پہلے آپ کوMs excel میں جاکر ایکسل شیٹ بنانی ہے ۔ایکسل شیٹ کا نمونہ نیچے دیا ہوا ہے اسے آپ ڈاؤنلوڈ کرلیں اور طلبہ کی معلومات لکھ لیں۔ اس شیٹ میں آپ کو طلبہ کے نام , جی آر نمبر , مضمون وار گریڈ اورطلبہ کا لفظی اندراج بھرنا ہے ۔اگر آپ کو رزلٹ کارڈ پر لفظی اندراج نہیں بتانا ہو تو آپ شیٹ میں لفظی اندراج کے کالم کو خالی بھی رکھ سکتے ہیں۔

    یہاں میں آپ کو ایک نمونہ ایکسل شیٹ دے رہا ہوں جماعت چہارم کی۔یہ صرف نمونہ ہے آپ کو اپنے طور سے ایکسل شیٹ بنانا ہے۔۔ صرف یہ ذہن میں رکھیں کے آپ کی شیٹ میں پہلی row میں لیبل ہونے چاہیے یعنی وہ عنوانات جن میں سے سب یا کچھ کو آپ ورڈ فائل میں مرج کرنے والے ہیں۔۔۔پہلی row کے نیچے جو بھی معلومات ہوگی وہ سب ورڈ فائل میں شو ہوگی اس لیے ایک ہے row ہیڈنگ کے لیے اور باقی اس کے نیچے گریڈ کی معلومات کے لیے ہو نی چاہیے۔ آپ صرف گریڈ والے کالم کو بھی ایکسل شیٹ میں لے سکتے ہیں۔

    آپ ایک بلینک ایکسل شیٹ بناکر اسے گوگل شیٹ میں تبدیل کرکے لنک تیار کرکے دوسرے اساتذہ سے طلبہ کی اوپر بیان کردہ معلوت آن لائن بھر کر معلومات اسی گوگل شیٹ میں حاصل کر سکتے ہیں۔ایسا کرنے پر آپ کو اس گوگل شیٹ کو واپس ایم ایس ایکسل شیٹ میں تبدیل کرنا ہوگا۔

    پروگریس کارڈ کے اندرونی حصے کی ورڈ فائل آپ کو ڈاؤنلوڈ کرلینی ہے۔۔ اس فائل کو آپ کمپیوٹر یا لیپ ٹاپ میں کھولیں ۔۔۔اسکول کے نام کی جگہ اپنے اسکول کے نام کو بدل دیں۔جہاں کلاس ٹیچر اور صدر مدرس کے دستخط کی تصویر انسرٹ کی ہوئی ہیں وہاں آپ اپنے اسکول کے کلاس ٹیچر اور صدر مدرس کے دستخط کی تصاویر انسرٹ کریں۔۔۔ اس طرح اسٹیمپ کی تصویر بھی بدلنی ہے۔۔ اسی طرح اسٹیمپ کے نیچے طالب علم کس کلاس سے کس کلاس میں گیا ایک بار تبدیل کر لینا ہے۔۔۔کلاس کے تمام بچوں کے رزلٹ میں یہ جملہ آجائے گا۔ یاد رکھیے آپ کی تصاویر بیک گراؤنڈ فری ہونی چاہیے۔۔اس کے لیے آپ اینڈرائڈ ایپ اریزر کا استعمال کر سکتے ہیں جو موبائل پر کام کرتا ہے اور آپ کی تصاویر کے بیک گرونڈ کو ہٹا دیتا ہے۔۔اس طرح آپ کے رزلٹ کارڈ کی ورڈ فائل استعمال کے لائق ہو جائے گی۔

    اب میلنگ کے آخری آپشن finish and merge کو کلک کرکے edit individual documents کو سلیکٹ کرنا ہے اور آل پر کلک کرکے اوکے کرنا ہے۔۔تمام بچوں کے پروگریس کارڈ کی ورڈ فائل الگ بن جاۓ گی جس میں ہر صفحے ہر ایک بچے کا کارڈ ہوگا۔۔اب اس فائل کو آپ کو save as pdf کر لینا ہے اور اسے آپ اب سرپرست حضرات کو بھیج سکتے ہیں۔
